The Guarantee

Our 10 year service contract provides cover for up to 10 years.

The guarantee covers uPVC, Aluminium, Hardwood, Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Soffits, Fascias & Cladding.

All guarantees have to be signed off by you once you are completely satisfied with the installation.

Protection

Be secure in the knowledge that your installation is being carried out by a member of Insured Windows Guarantees Ltd.

To become a member, your installer has completed an audit to our satisfaction and we have secured references confirming the quality of their work.

When your installation has been completed, we may request your confirmation of the installers quality in all aspects of undertaking your installation. We welcome any constructive comments that you are able to make.

All members must be courteous, competent and tidy at all times.

We undertake to complete credit checks on all members in an effort to ensure continuing solvency.
